SyMplify
offers online training utilizing web conferencing software.
Online training gives users comprehensive coverage and can be easily scheduled
to work around daily job activities. Alternatively, clients can choose to receive onsite training,
which allows users to get accustomed to the software while
working side by side with a SyMplify software trainer. Training sessions can be scaled from one-on-one to
multi-user classroom training, depending on the client's needs.

Technical Support
SyMplify provides ongoing technical support to all clients via telephone, email, and remote access
connectivity.
This allows SyMplify technical representatives to "see
what the user sees" as they work through any issues that
may arise; thereby reducing the time required
to answer user questions.
Customization
Regardless
of the size of your organization, the software can be tailored to meet your needs. The software is scalable and can be delivered in configurations
ranging from a stand-alone PC to an enterprise
server with multiple users across a LAN or WAN.
Form Design
SyMplify is committed to relieving the administrative burdens of managing employee data. SyMplify maintains
a library of forms utilized by insurance regulators across the country. The forms
library will be updated in response to new or modified forms required. SyMplify
will also provide a limited number of forms customized to meet a specific need of
the client. In addition, the client has the ability to create new forms using the
designer toolkit.
Data Conversion
For those clients who have already collected and
stored employee data in a database, spreadsheet,
or other electronic format, SyMplify will assist with importing
the information into the database. We can handle the
conversion service for our clients, or will help
their IT/IS team to ensure an orderly data transfer is accomplished.
